Brethren keep Gary Hill in your prayers:
Brother Gary Hill will be checking into Baylor Plano on Tuesday morning @ 5:30 a.m. for surgery at 7:30 a.m. there will be 4 to 5 surgeons performing the operation. First to remove the metal plates put in last June which gave way, then to replace two metal plates with larger and more screws. They will also us a shim made out of bone that will be place in his spinal column to make him stand up straight and release the pressure on the nerves. The surgery will be between 8 and 10 hours. ICU for 1 to 2 days then 5 to 7 days hospitalized. After release from the hospital Gary will be transferred by ambulance to Baylor Rehab on Gaston Ave in Dallas.

Gary Hill was under the knife for 8 hours, He is in ICU and will probably be there for 2-3 days. The doctor said all the screws and plates from the last surgery had came loose and were floating. They put bigger plates and screws in this time. He will be ok now but will take some time to get over the surgery. It will be at least Sunday before he can have visitors. We will keep his progress on our web site. Carolyn said thanks to everyone for the prayers and well wishes.
